ARC Levers Warranty Claim Form


If you DO somehow bend or break a lever, we've got a 100% guarantee, just return the lever and £15 for a new one to come flying back to you in the mail… (T&C’s apply).


Make sure to include a copy of the original purchase receipt and photos of your issue with product. This is very important in order to proceed with warranty process.


Do not send back any product without receiving a RA# first.


It will be the Customers responsibility for all shipping to and from Mx Factory Parts Ltd.  Mx Factory Parts Ltd will not be held responsible for lost or damaged products in shipping.  ARC Levers will inspect the product and if found defective due to workmanship, Mx Factory Parts Ltd will provide shipping cost back within the UK only.


ARC Levers will warrant products that are purchased from an AUTHORIZED DEALER ONLY to be free from Manufacture defects. Warranty is void if product is not used as directed.


ARC Levers offers a lifetime Unbreakable warranty to the original purchaser of the lever.

What is covered under the lifetime unbreakable warranty is the lever blade and billet knee that attaches blade to OEM mount, ARC “Rigid” lever blades and “Skinny” levers blades do not have an unbreakable lifetime warranty and are exempt from said warranty.


Warranty is void if product is not used as directed and for correct application listed by ARC.

Make sure to include a copy of the original purchase receipt and photos of your issue with product.

Please include this form with the product you are returning and a copy of the receipt!


We will NOT accept or warranty product without a valid receipt.
